We just had several windows installed from Window World. We are so happy with the windows and were very impressed with our installers, Markie and Kjas. They did a fantastic job and were so professional. Their attention to detail, willingness to go above and beyond, and genuine kindness were so impressive! They were also very thorough at cleaning up after they finished. They did an outstanding job- we highly recommend them!

On January 9th, I called Window World and informed them that I had a broken seal in my window. By February 7th I had a brand new replacement window installed. No questions asked. They stand behind their warranty! Installer Jim was a pro came replace the new window. Did his job !! fixed up a couple things he didn't like what he saw. Excellent work asset to the company. I am very impressed with every aspect of this process. The salesman (Zack) was knowledgeable and accurate on everything he said. There was never any pressure for a sale but rather wanted to make sure they could provide the best product for me. The ordering timeline and installation timeline was very accurate. Window World did a great job installing replacements for all of the windows in my house. I live in an unusual 1950 Lustron home, made entire of steel, so I was nervous about the installation, but it went just fine. The windows are good quality, and I'm sure my electric bill will be reduced. They also muffle noise from the street very well, and I hadn't even thought about that.
