From start to finish the service was exceptional. From our salesman Doug- which was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and was not in any way pushy, to the crew that did the installation ( which I unfortunately didn’t get names) to Jim the operations manager that followed up with a couple touch ups, the whole process was a positive experience. This is the second time we have purchased from them and both experiences were fantastic

Window World is a great company to work with. Randy, our technician, installed 12 windows in my home in no time at all. He was quick, efficient, thorough and polite. We hardly knew he was there as we went about our busy day. I will be working with Randy and Window World again to finish my windows and possibly new siding in the future. I highly recommend them for reasonable prices, professional installation and feeling respected as a customer. Thanks so much Window World! See you again soon.

I recently had windows and doors replaced by Window World Des Moines. After installation, I was having some issues with the front storm door closing tightly, and I called the company. Operations Manager Jim Nelson came out, addressed and fixed the problem promptly. Then, although I hadn't mentioned the matter, he adjusted the back storm door so that it works even better than before. The company has good prices, but you know that already. I'm giving them kudos for after-installation service and trouble shooting.

Brent S and his crew just installed some windows for me. one was particularly difficult as it had the haf moon fixed pane above the window and was on the second floor. Brent did a,nice job of communicating their plan, they let me know when they were on the way, they cleaned up during the installs and at the end. The entire team was professional and friendly and answered all my questions. Great job!

We finally got around to replacing our original windows in our 50+ year old house. Talked with lots of people who all recommended Window World. Salesman came out and gave us a quote and we signed the contract immediately. The installers, Ricky & Zander, were here when they said they would be. The two of them worked very quickly and efficiently and had all new windows in just 2 days. We are thrilled with the windows and the job they did. I would highly recommend Window World.

Ron and I were more than happy with our experience working with you. From the gentleman who came to do our estimate with no upselling , no pressure, just good advice to our installers Markie and Kjas who skilled, fast and personable. They were very careful and kept things clean where they were working. They obviously work well as a team to be efficient and Markie is a wizard of craftsmanship. Our experience was a 10 out of 10 of satisfaction including the affordability. Thank you.

Paul and his crew are the best. Started off with house windows and siding. Everything turned out better than I imagined. Then I had them do my garage windows and siding. Once again everything turned out out better then I imagined. Then had them install security doors. The doors are solid and beautiful. Just recently a contractor damaged the work they did. I called Paul and once again things back to perfect. I will say Paul is a man of his word. What he says he does and that goes along ways with me. Window world is a high quality company with his crew also being very professional and courteous.
Thanks window world!
